Well done everyone for raising lots of money for Children In Need last week. Well done also to the school councillors for collecting all those pennies and pounds!

Next on our agenda is Christmas!

Our school councillors are counting down the days until the big spotty day to celebrate Children in Need. Remember to wear spots and make a donation, and don't forget to donate and buy some cakes at our spotty bake sale. All money goes to Children in Need.

Next on our agenda is Children in Need. More information will be out at the end of this week.

A huge congratulations to our school councillors for 2016-17!

Our first meeting will be on Wednesday to discuss the plans for the Macmillan Coffee Morning.

School Council Elections will take place on the week of the 19th September. Those wishing to apply to be a school councillor will need to prepare a brief speech for why their classmates should choose them.

We will start work quickly as they will be needed to help at our Macmillan Coffee morning on Friday 30th September.

I look forward to working with the new school council.

Mrs Williams

Eco and School Councillors Wanted!

We will be holding elections for our new Eco Council and School Council during the week beginning 19th September. The results will be announced in celebration assembly at the end of the week. Each class will need to select an Eco and School Councillor per year group (Year 2 will come together for their vote). If you are interested in representing your class as an Eco or School Councillor, please prepare a short presentation to persuade your class to vote for you. We are looking forward to working with our new councillors this year. Mrs Nicholls and Mrs Williams.
